1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the winrm platform in any capacity, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. This agreement is final and takes effect from the moment you first use our platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and winrm (the platform). If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are requested not to use winrm services. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

Winrm services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the duration of platform use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not a resident or citizen of any territory that prohibits or restricts online gaming activities under local law.
• Are not currently subject to any ban or restriction from winrm for prior reasons.
• Register in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.

Winrm reserves the right to verify member eligibility at any time. If there is any doubt regarding a member's age or identity, our platform may suspend the account until satisfactory verification is received. Any winnings obtained while an account is under verification suspension may be withheld until the KYC process is fully completed.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) winrm account only. Owning more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of all existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The information requested includes:

• Full name as shown on official identification documents
• Exact date of birth
• An active and accessible email address
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• A strong and unique password for your winrm account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. winrm will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Winrm supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysia users, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically processed and credited to your account within seconds to 5 minutes.
• Winrm does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits via third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 1 business day for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by winrm.
• Winrm reserves the right to request additional KYC verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Winrm offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The general terms applicable to all winrm bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one (1) time only unless otherwise stated in the respective promotional terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never previously registered an account with winrm.
• The wagering requirement must be fully met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winrm reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit promotional offers.
• Unused bonuses that expire within the stipulated validity period will be automatically forfeited without any compensation.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

Winrm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members actively participating in the relevant promotion of any material changes.

6 Game Rules

All games available at winrm use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by independent international bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.

• Every completed game result is final and cannot be amended or voided unless there is a clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay, the winrm system will save the game state and resume from the last recorded point once the connection is restored.
• Bets that have been placed and accepted by the system cannot be withdrawn.
• Winrm reserves the right to void any wagers placed during a technical disruption that affects the integrity of the game.
• Members must ensure they understand the rules of each game before placing any wagers. winrm is not responsible for any losses resulting from a misunderstanding of game rules.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all members, winrm strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technology that facilitates automatic play without human control.
• Colluding or conspiring with other members to exploit games or bonuses (collusion).
• Using stolen, borrowed or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Cheating, falsifying registration information or submitting fraudulent verification documents.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any other member or winrm staff.
• Any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, freezing of all existing balances and legal action where necessary. winrm's decision in such matters is final.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Winrm reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Inaccurate or incomplete registration information after being requested to update it.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• Suspicious activity that may involve fraud or financial crime.
• A court order or directive from the relevant authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the winrm support team at any time. Eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and identity verification is completed. winrm also offers a temporary account suspension option for members who need a break from gaming activity.

9 winrm Limitation of Liability

Winrm shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Technical failures on your device, internet connection, or third-party infrastructure beyond winrm's control.
• Losses in games that are a natural outcome of wagering activity.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Failure to receive communications or notifications due to an outdated email address or phone number.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of winrm to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim. This condition does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Winrm reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at the platform's discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the winrm platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before that effective date.
